Monica Ospina Swim Team and Swim Academy brings over 24 years of experience in aquatic programs, offering swim lessons for all ages and abilities. Our mission is to ensure safety in the water while encouraging each swimmer to achieve their personal goals. We inspire athletes to develop a love for swimming while emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and technique improvement across all four strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. We provide a nurturing environment that fosters values, enabling our swimmers to contribute positively to society in accordance with USA Swimming guidelines.
